Magneto vs Annihilus

1. No Bands and no rod.
2. No Bands but has rod.
3. Mags with Q Bands vs Ann with rod but no Bands.

Mags get time on how to use the Q Bands.

CIS and PIS are off.

Who wins?

Annihilus in all three. The Cosmic Control Rod allows him to bend Magneto's force field and rip it apart and leaving him vulnerable to a kill blow.

Magneto in 1 since Annihilus can't break through that force field and isn't going to be bombarded with objects.

Annihilus in 2 and 3. He beat Quasar whose used the Q-band far longer than Magneto.
