as soon as bw has named his pick, you can name your first pick. your second pick will come in rd3 and your final pick--like PG will come when rd3 is finished.

don't really think anyone is counter-picking . . . .

in a first-come, first-serve scenario (like rd1 and rd2, most people just race to get their picks in--no chance to counter pick)
