he's only overrated by a few people. bar that, he's usually all right, as far as i've seen.

Thats the problem people say it fine, but it not. Colossus get put on a level he simply not in on strength and durability. Most of the time he put far above Thing which to be honest is inaccurate. his feats of durbaility and strength neither out class thing and yet people consistently say he stomps Thing. Then you have people providing no evidences and when they do provide evdiences they add context that is not there nor was the authors intent.
For example you just did it, by saying he had an upgrade during astonishing dispite there being nothing stated (which I don't believe you purposely did, but simply though so becuase of misconceptions on the board). There are many misconceptions on the baord about colossus that boosts him to level he simply not at.
what worse is people try and argue he has superhuman reflexes and agility dispite no such thing ever being stated on pannel or even shown. All he has is his human level of agility and reflexes nothing mor nothing less.

it wasn't the only thing that happened. colossus got older, which as we know meant he got stronger. his feats showed higher durability than he'd shown before. even the handbooks of all things are recognising him as being a cl100 nowadays.
umm, no. his agility and reflexes are enhanced past what they are in human form. that's been a fact since the john byrne days. nobody's saying he's a superhuman, but they are enhanced.
I remember Colossus was fighting a guy who he knew was stronger than him, so he used speed and agility mixed with strength to beat him. They even showed him jumping onto a wall, then pushing off and rolling into a ball, only to uncurl and kick the guy at the last second. You can't do that without some sort of enhanced reflexes/agility.
