Balder w/Mjolnir vs. Thor bare handed

For this we assume Balder is worthy of Mjolnir and has some basic skill with it ( flight-weather control-melee )

Keep in mind Balders advance fighting ability/agility...

Hmm... I think Thor would be able to counter Mjolnir's abilities on his own due to Balder's inexperience with it. He'd also know the hammer moves inside and out. But Balder's supposed to be pretty fast.

Well, Thor is vastly, vastly more powerful than Balder. He has his own god powers completely independent of Mjolnir and could probably summon the hammer back to him regardless. If such an option were not allowed/possible, he would be good enough to best Balder regardless.

Almost anyone that lifts the hammer of Thor may gain his powers if worthy....

Balder is worthy... Hence he gains ALL of thors powers
case in point... Beta Ray bill, Eric masterson, norvell red, dargo, and anyone else I can't think of off the top

anything Thor can do... Balder can now do... Plus he has the hammer... And can fly... Has the speed advantage and is a valiant fighter in his own right...
