Probably. Her abilities are largely magic or psychic and she's a ranged fighter. The lasso can be used to shut down magics and psychics and Geno's a close in fighter.

None of the X-men that Goblin Queen was able to push around were top-tier, and we know the lasso is pretty good against just the kinds of powers she has. A teleporting lasso-weilding above-top tier? Not a good foe for her. So yea, she may have a lot of omph in psychics and magic, but the opponents can take her.
