Well beat the crap out of him the way Octopus did but instead of laughing about it and walking away.....snap his shin bone so a broken bone jutts out.

Rip the broken bone out and use it to slowly remove Spirit's head.

Then take a road trip through 5 States wearing the head for a hat.

No weapons needed.

He'd just get back up. In the past, Spirit has taken on bigger guys and stronger too.
