He's invisible to it. That being said, Steel could probably just cause massive AOE damage to smash Holt, regardless of whether or not he could see him.

Not that Steel has a lot of Area-of-Effect attacks.

Then again, it's a risk but he could uncover his eyes and fight that way. He'd have a power edge, if also a vulnerability.

I like both characters, but Holt is my favorite out of the two. So therefore, based on the fact that I like him better, he clearly takes the majority. 😄

CIS off Terrific's T-Spheres+Tech Invisibility give him a huge advantage.

It comes down to whether or not you think a T-Sphere could break Steel's armor.
