i said CIS off, and rhino can beat spidey w.o CIS.

rhino absolutely has the skillset to murder spidey, he just lacks the brains (see the storyline where rhino becomes a supergenious)

Its not canon though. The thing about Rhino his durability sucks, his tough armor saves him from bullets and explosions but not from punches and kicks..

The thing is, CIS is usually when Reed Richards misses the obvious or Doom gets outsmarted by a scrub. Rhino with CIS off still isn't a genius, and thus still limited to his usual intellect.

It's not like he'll grow a set of skills he's never displayed before.

Edit: Wait, that's plot induced stupidity..

Ok, so how much lattitude does CIS being off allow? Are we just taking away feats completely and going by what "we" think is the optimal battle strategy?
