Blob is almost impossible to harm, but his face is vulnerable and he can still feel pain and be taken down through sensory overload. IF ain't moving him though. Blob can probably tank the punches if they hit his stomach.

A speed blitz of a few hundred iron fists should do the trick.

I think two simultaneous chi amped claps to his ears would work better. Blob's personal gravity field is a tough nut to crack with kinetic force.
