Pre-Crisis Legion of Super-Heroes vs Pre-Crisis JSA

Both have a crap load of members. Which team wins?

Does the Legion have an answer to the Spectre?

Miracle Machine? That's the only thing I can think of.

Spectre wasn't as powerful during his pre-Crisis JSA days as he'd later become, Corrigan only had a small fraction of the Spectre's later power at first. It's more the Silver Age that he's the Spectre we know.
