JAK JakeTheBank Return of the King Harvey recently got trained by Deathstroke, but Skull has far more superior training under his belt.
BAT batdude123 Fellow Tu Quoqumber Harvey has some pretty legitimate feats under his belt, but on average, Red Skull is a much more formidable opponent.

WS Wild Shadow Restricted Red skull easy over 60 yrs of combat a supersoldier body and training makes it a wash for him.even if he were in a different body i give red skull the win.
