Who is the weakest character that can knock Thanos off his feet?

Terra or other earth-user. Remove the ground from under him.

any character that is able to lift a ton and above

Aunt May would do it if Thanos forgot to put the milk back in the cooler.

Ultron? (only herald lvl but those indestructibel fists gonna smash Thanos AND knock him down HARD)

Someone like spidey or possibly even less could at least knock him down.Not much more than that though.
