I'm going to name two, since every Bond film essentially has one who's a femme fatale(or she just dies); the other is an ally he rides into the sunset with, generally.
For the latter, it's Ursula Andress from Dr. No, far as I'm concerned.
for the femme fatale former - who could overlook the gorgeous Catherine Schell from On Her Majesty's Secret Service? She was Michelle Pfeiffer & Gwyneth Paltrow all in one.
