Anti Venom feats:
Faster than the human eye.
Healing factor: Gets up after his brain was splattered on the street.
Took a combination of sonic and radiation attacks taht ignited the air around him.
Tanked gatling gun fire without any effort.
Tears bounds between symbiots and their hosts.
Threw a fully loaded military truck aside with one arm.

While Toxin probably has the most strength, Anti-Venom's ability to severe the bond between symbiotes and their hosts would stop Toxin in his tracks.
