Well, it really doesnt matter since AM stated that he never felt power like that when he absorbed Sentry.
He also stated that if AM with a portion of Sentry powers wasnt stopped, millions would die.
And lets not forget everything absorbing man has absorbed and again, he stated that he never felt power like the sentry and that was just a small portion of sentry power. He tried absorbing more and died.
