No, High level telepaths can't just pluck a random piece of information like that from a target, especially not in the marvel universe where will power can negate an attempt.

I'm not but Marvel is. Sentry just like Phoenix got easily manipulated by Mastermind who's powers only work well against people with VAST telepathic abilities as said by EMMA FROST. Keep in mind his powers don't work on Xavier or Emma.
