Actually, the Sentry has put himself together more than once. He brought himself back from the incident with Morgan Le Fey. He brought himself back from having his face shot off and now we have the MM incident.

Sentry has tons of options. I think he takes Superman before the upgrade, but now its pure spite. How can Superman beat him?
