Of the people he took out before Sentry the strongest was Juggernaut...who was busting him up and would have defeated him barring a distraction that WWH took advantage of. Juggs was beating Hulk just as bad as Hulk had beat Herc, the difference being that in this case Hulk (unlike Herc) was trying to fight back and was failing at it. Every single superior fighter was faster, stronger, more durable, more powerful in every single way. Sometimes, the leaps in power would jump by several magnitudes. That's how it worked. Master Roshi blew up the moon. Start from there and keep making those leaps.
People only have a problem with that progression because they won't tolerate Superman or Thor being beaten up by Japanese characters from a manga that doesn't take itself seriously.

Trying to suggest that Konvikt would one-shot Superman every time they'd fight based on a single panel is as stupid as suggesting that Juggernaut would force WWH to eat dirt every moment of a fight based on a single panel or suggesting that WWH would crush Juggernaut's armor completely throughout the fight because he did that in one single panel.
Trying to act like the WWH who fought classic Juggernaut to a stand-still matched his levels when he faced Sentry or was anywhere close to being as powerful as when he went Worldbreaker is nonsense. It's so delusional, it's not worth arguing.
