It depends how you look at it. Don't forget now Robert since he has been in his words "cleansed from the Agoraphobic nightmare" he has gained full control over his powers so molecular manipulation isn't out of the realms of impossibility.

I would say it works in the same way that Molecule Man that time removed Thor's hammer and Caps shield from their hands. Sentry may perhaps be able to do it via tk but in this instance I believe it to via molecular manipulation.

Doubt it.

After recent Superman feats I would say that Superman is stronger, as strong as DS, and faster. Bob has his other powers though, still he can be koed or bfred. I would say split.
