2. The best info Bruce can get considering they're from different realities wouldn't be much. But Fury should be able to gather with his resources in A.R.M.O.R. should be enough to get a rough estimate of Batman's abilities and city location. The final showdown could take weeks with Fury luring Batman out through some means while remaining invisible with SHIELD tech. Only because Fury knows how to make sacrifices, but these guys are so used to survival at any cost I give Fury in the end 5.2/10.

once you consider that fury has an entire international supercrime-fighting, espionage, and ultra high-tech research organization at his disposal, this might make a little more sense to you. especially if they only have an hour to prep

Word. Batman has lots to work with, true, but Fury has the means to get more out of his single hour than Batman does, imo.
