You're wrong. It won't be a good fight because Apoc can't do shit to DS but DS can erase Apoc with one blast of the OE.

The only version of Apocalypse that can defeat Seid IMO would be the one that was in The Ages of Apocalypse.

You don't have a shred of evidence to back up your claim that this is a close fight in any sense of the word close.

You say Apoc can pull a win with prep but don't explain this prep. Just saying someone wins with prep without explaining what this prep would entail and why it would guarantee a win doesn't convince anyone.
