-10 seconds of prep-Dr. Harrow gives the amalgamation of Punisher and Pip his antidote pill* for the drainer**. Harrow then activates the drainer "briefcase" and places it in Pip the Punisher's (name = win) backpack***.

Now the amalgamation of Pip and the Punisher gives the Punisher the ability to teleport thanks to Pip's years of absorbing the radiation from the space gem he once held. Pip is also a class 10 being so his musculature is thus enhanced.
The punisher's main weapon is a long-range rifle with a grenade launcher on the rifle's hard-point, long range scope, and ammo for this weapon on his chest emblem. He also carries other lower caliber weapons as well as grenades and bladed weapons.
Dr. Harrow; expert hacker, machinist, and packrat (LOL) provides a nice cherry (double entendre) to the top of this sundae.
-on the battlefield-
Once prep is over with, my team of Pip and Harrow (harrow's making contact) teleport to the furthest corner adjacent to the center of the map with two of the three dunes between us and Charlotte's team. Pip swiftly goes into a prone position and uses his long range scope to get a lock on our opposition, harrow is still making physical contact as he spots Pip as he will be teleporting randomly around the perimeter of the map until our opponents make a move.
And if M in whatever configuration tries to get closer....

Like..the fight is over if any of your guys get hit.....simple as that, won't even matter if you add Cecelia Reyes (or just send either her or M minus Canary Pip's way) to that mix since her defensive capabilities are nothing compared to the Sentry's so your ONLY option is to throw in all your chips using the Canary cry.
Segway to the Canary cry.....
I know all about it's capabilities and who it put down, but I also know once it's being used there is a crucial second or longer where Canary is kinda open. Upon it's first usage (omnidirectionally or an aimed blast), Pip will use this moment to teleport again out of range (the cry won't fill the map and still be devastating) and Harrow will pull a gun from Pip's side and then make a target of himself, Pip then takes a shot at her then teleports far away but keeps watch on the character employing the scream.
Your team won't know if Harrow is an amalgam or not, and you HAVE to take him out to win the match so attacking him quickly or not really doesn't matter. Pip will use the distraction to teleport ever-so closely until you drop.
Just to clarify the effects of the drainer since some judges seemed to be a little hazy on the power of it, some scans:

Danger level high" To simplify, it spreads out and creates a zone where powered beings are affected, it was called an EMP before (she was obviously trying to liken it to something more commonly known) but unlike those, the power draining effect is prolonged instead of instant.

^ Another piece of evidence. The only way to operate on the tempered Steel hard skin of Luke Cage was for the drainer to be on (skin not too unlike M's), so yes it's a sustained de-powering and M and all the other characters can indeed be shot.

^ Just to make sure it sinks in, Osborn asked for Harrow to deactivate the drainer so his team could function again, and once he turned it off you can see them back to relative normalcy. There still are after effects but...not my concern.

^ With distraction by Chemistro III Harrow from an undisclosed location deep fried the Avengers, and Ms. Marvel losing her power has her slam hard into the ground, the connection is M doing a mach-1 impression of that would spell a broken neck, being buried in sand, and being burned by the same hot sand now that her vaunted invulnerability is gone. She's not wearing proper attire for such a thing.
Another point, M possibly being amalgamated with Canary will mean that Canary can fly in at mach-1 and try to blast my team. Well the Canary cry goes at the speed of sound so there is no tactical advantage by using it at M's supposed top speed.
Also, mach-1 flight won't render M invisible, especially with a wide angle view like ...the naked eye can provide.

As you can see teleportation is stupidly faster.
Flying up high over the desert in order to see Pip and all that is nice, but Pip will be watching for that also, and you still have the problem with launching an attack on a teleporting character all the while staying as far as you can from him so you don't take yourself out. The scream will help but Pip will be teleporting like crazy
all over the map emitting the draining effect.
