Aliens vs Aliens

The aliens from Independence Day seek out a new world to drain of its natural resources. After searching through endless solar systems, they come upon the home world of the aliens from War of the Worlds.

The ID aliens detach 15 city sized ships from the mother ship and begin entering the planet's atmosphere. The War of the Worlds aliens begin manning hundreds of Tripods to prepare for battle.

With no computer viruses to cripple the ID aliens...and no diseases or bacteria to harm either alien species...who do you see winning this war?

ID4 Aliens would own the War of the World Tripods. I don't even see this as debatable.

Both seem to have impenetrable shields.

I see this as spite.

The WOTW aliens fell to human disease.

The ID4 aliens fell to a computer virus.

Two people killed the entire ID4 fleet.

True, but all that was just PIS. The human race had to survive somehow. As advanced as the ID4 aliens were, there is no way a human could interface with an alien computer and upload a virus..lol. Besides, I imagine the aliens would've known that the vessel the humans used had been missing in action for 40 years or so.

I'm just saying...with PIS off...who do you think would win the war?
