Well, Orion DID build the Genesis Box. Genesis Box > anything Majestic ever did.

yeah but he's built amazing new tech in seconds. he's one smart mofo.

Tech is New Gods specialty. They're gods of science, so I wouldn't really say Majestic is close, IMO.
