No Non-canon Sources

Non-canon sources are invalid for evidence. With rare exceptions, comics not in continuity such as Elseworlds, What Ifs, or alternate universes are not used for evidence in debates of a particular mainstream character. A canon source is one that is regarded as being 'in continuity'. In the example of Star Trek; instances from the series and movies can be used, but books are definitely out. Comic book crossovers are usually unusable as they ignore common sense most of the time (DC vs. Marvel is certainly unusable in some cases in our debates!).

This includes JLA/Avengers. Canon or not, people just aren't going to agree on it in most cases. Besides, there should be plenty of other comics with which to make your point.

well i was simply stating that to my knowledge JLA/Avengers was the only one considered Cannon by both company's....while heck in an issue of gambit (when he meets blade) he states....so your the one referred to as the Bat Man....and once earlier in that issue saying call comish Gorden...as to weather you were speaking to me or not idk just thought i would try to clear up my earlier statement as i find myself not always being clear with the things i say....

OK BACK TO THE THREAD! I think doom with prep would suer enough conjure up some kind of spell to effect CM and get the win.

indeed...that was more or less a call back to an earlier statement i made in which i stated if he had prep....i had forgotten to put it in this statement!

as to your statement on all but a peer to sups imo he is a peer just not by that noticeable of an amount

I'd actually like to see Doom prep for Marvel. He's not a typical hero given that his powers are magically/mystically endowed.

Indeed, I just think that with the magical background that doom has(even though he's typically known to miscalculate from now and again)he could perhaps find away to either siphon off the mystical energy from marvel or absorb the lighting in some way.

Imo he would lose control somehow but i believe he could at least take down marvel before that happens
