The Outsiders, imo. Don't remember the gorillas doing anything that says they can take this team.
Remember they were originally supposed to work as a team to beat people like Superman or Wonder Woman (and did put up some fight against her), and they were inflicting damage on those Nazis with the Captain Nazi formula pretty well.
Their weapons and armor are fairly advanced technology (in addition to the energy blades, at least one of them was firing some kind of beam weapon during the Diana fight), and they are *excellent* lawyers.
