Ganthet probably. He's a legitimate Skyfather whereas Yat as Ion is at best a trans-tier.

And really, Yat wasn't that impressive an Ion.. You'd think someone with the powers of the Ion entity could beat Mongul with two fists of yellow rings.

I'd like to think the Guardians were constantly inhibiting his powers though, but there's no real proof except for that one time the twisted Guardian did it..

Yat sucked against Mongul, hanging with Prime is a real feat though.

Yat was at full power when he fought Prime..against Mongul..he didn't use the Ion power..he need permission from the Guardian to use it..the Guardian isn't that great now..they are barely above top tier..
