I would love to see this in a cross over!! So who wins a majority?

Deathstroke could win if he takes out Danny within the first minute or so. IF has a bad habit of losing concentration during fights and being careless, and DS always exploits his enemies' weaknesses. If Danny knows who he's facing, then he'll win because it becomes a life or death situation.
