Spider-Man vs Animal Man

Battle takes place in your common city. Filled with the usual wildlife, like pigeons, earthworms, insects...

Animal Man.

Animal Man for sure.
He will be able to match Spiderman for strength and speed, but not agility (most likely) and lack a Spider-sense due to the insects around him. But he's also going to have access to a bucketload of other abilities.

I remember Animal Man thinking if he should use the powers of a spider before realizing that if he only used Spider powers he'd be a "lame third rate superhero". Irony is that's kind of what he was but anyway Animal Man wins.
