I'll start off with a few:

MODOK. Nothing against him other than the fact that he looks retarded.

Emma Frost. Pretty self explanatory, darling.

Daken. Like we really needed another Wolvy clone.

Damian Wayne. I became a fan of Tim Drake the moment said Robin beat the ever living crap out of the little ankle-biter.

Ever since the end of Messiah Complex, the handling of his character has been shockingly bad bar the odd issue or two (not written by fraction).
