Anyway, just X1 Megaman would beat Ryu.

His level 3 charged X-Buster is stronger than Ryu's Shinku-Hadouken. X has a flamethrower, can throw walls of electricity, activate a forcefield, shoot homing missiles, make himself invincible, and shoot cyclones. His kicks and headbutts are enough to break walls and he's fast enough to dodge Ryu's projectiles.

It is true that megaman's level 3 charged X-Buster is stronger than Ryu's Shinku-Hadouken but nothing is stonger than Ryu's Metsu Hadouken.

Gou Hadoken (豪波動拳, go hadoken, "Strong Surge Fist"😉 – It is more powerful than a normal Hadouken.

Anyone remember Ryu has Gou hadouken? 😂

This was Ryu's strongest Hadouken ever shown outside of the Vs. Series. Metsu Hadoken is just a normal Shinku Hadouken that causes dizziness and just a little more power. It has never 1-hit KO anybody.
