He may be able to see Condor, but can he stop him? Condor is an mystical, air elemental, with TP, TK, enhanced strength to match Uncle Sam, and enhanced senses to match Hakwman. He's pretty uber for a winged character.

Yes, even Hawkman can control air, as well as can summon birds and has easily easily defeated speedsters. Also telepathy doesn't work on Hawkman, and Hawkman has super strength where even punches have rocked Wonder Woman and with his mace has knocked out the teeth of Despero, hurt Martian Manhunter, Black Adam and even Superman.

Hawkman is the ultimate winged warrior.

Current Angel can transform into Archangel, and back to Angel at will.

Kator Hol during the silver age had similar metal wings that could be used for similar purposes. Also Hawkman has better range weapons such as his atomic gun that incinerates anything it makes contact with, his neural-scrambler that instantly shuts someones brain down...then you have the Claw of Horus, his magical spear, etc.
