It always depends on the nature of teleportation and super-speed. Flash's super-speed grants him increased reflexes as well as control over kinetic energy, negation of friction and effects normally caused by super-speed, rapid attacks and powerful damage, limited time control and phasing. Blink's teleportation is different than Nightcrawler's and makes her more dangerous in close-range combat.

With training and practice overtime I'm sure you would adapt your reflexes for using teleportation in combat.

Which is why super speed at that level has alway's been absurd to me as a power. It's great for short distances and speed blitzes, but for long distance travel, I'll pass thanks.

for him to be able to tag pietro he would need the reflexes keep up
