It comes and it goes with the writer.

In Trail By Fire it was reduced to being only effected by 'emotional fires,' (that is natural fires he'd be fine with, but a fire lit in anger would work on him) but a lot of writers tend to forget that it was lessened, so he's still pretty much vulnerable.

MM wins

martain 1st becomes unsure of himself and slightly paranoid but he then just walks over and gives him a right hook.. after he builds his confidence.

Can Pyro nova-blast? Saw him doing that in What if Hulk had killed Wolverine, but I don't know if he ever did that in 616 universe.

i think he just called it a nova blast but not an actual nova lvl blast.. probably just his max heat setting he can raise the flame to.. it was enough to start searing and boiling hulks flesh..

but in the 616 U he can get hot enough to melt bullets and metal that get close to his aura.. but that is not the hottest he can get.

MM still has too many abilities for Pyro to overcome. MM is victorious.

Fire doesn't affect MM, FC: Requiem is testament enough to that.

Anywho, he wins with the quickness.

Even Miss Martian has defeated fire villains, and I don't recall her using a speed blitz or telepathy to do so.

Even with 25% percent of his speed, he's way too fast.
