Mace Windu without the Force (not even for pre cog) vs a Jedi Knight.

Jedi Knight may not use the Force offensively in this scenario.

Jedi. Maces skill will only take him so far and he isn't used to fighting without teh Force.

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to say, he gets time to adjust to not having the Force for this fight.

Still, a non-Force sensitive, no matter how well trained has next to no no chance of defeating the average Jedi Knight in a straight up fight without some sort of special training like Atton or Fett had. Especially in a lightsaber fight.
