I was wearign chainmail, taunting his giant ass, and he surprise buttsecksed me with a lightning bolt. 🙁I was wearign chainmail, which weakens my electricity resistance, it did like, 1/4 my HP. This is technicly an argument from gameplay yes, but I'm thinking that with a weakness to electricity he shoulda done more than that.

Pretty sure Lagiacrus is actually weakest to fire by gameplay standards at least (ironic, I know, but it doesn't stop there--Rathalos is weakest against the Dragon element). He's reportedley thunder-based in terms pf element alignment. Why? I don't know, but it's about as sensible as to why Jhen Moran's Switch Axe is a water element weapon when that's what he's supposedley weakest to. Hell, the only one that makes sense is Agnaktor (basically a firey volcanic version of Lagiacrus, so he's even more badass) being weakest against water.
