Donna Troy vs Supergirl

Donna with all her latest upgrades (post-resurrection strength boost) and Lasso of Persuasion.

Vs

Kara Zor-El

Who comes out on top?

Donna still doesn't have the strength feats Kara has. She has also shown to have a will strong enough to destroy Wonder Girl with her own lasso, so I'm not sure if ditzy Donna is going to fair much better in that regard.

I'll give it to Kara.
