afaik its not the most potent of tp, she can do illusions and stuff, but idk if that would stop an aoe attacker.

Elektra handled some SuperSkrulls pretty well until she fought a tank.

I reckon she would win this.

Canary has the Canary Cry.
Elektra can give her a brain hemorrhage from psychic feedback.

This is comics so I'm willing to say the answer to who would get hit first is indefinite.
