Well Despero has and can take on multiple heralds at the same time... the problem is IMO DP Tyrant was on another level.

Desp is an JLA team wrecker.

Depowered Tyrant still beat Thanos, Silver Surfer, Gladiator, and a few others.

Despero isn't at virtue and vice level right now

tyrant, no question. even thanos never had him in any form of real trouble. he pretty much one-shotted ss>anything even v&v despero did.

Power-wise, Tyrant >. My only question is how he'd fair against Despero's TP?
