Easily Team 2, Easily. Doomsday can handle any two on the other team, I could probably say the same for Rulk. If no BFR, Team 2, hands down.

Full power/potential for everyone?

Team 1 in an absolute ragestomp. Team 2's biggest threat is the Rider, and I think Captain Marvel would be pretty resistant to the penance stare due to his magical defenses and his pure heart, arguably more pure than that boyscout's, Superman.

I don't see it being a stomp for either team. Team 1 has a much more versatile arsenal of attacks but Team 2 is more durable IMO. And I don't know how you could kill or permanently put down doomsday and the hulks w/o bfr.
