When out of the Matrix Neo cannot use his powers, but there are several threads here where he is out of Matrix using his powers.

Your argument was that Vader wouldn't be able to use Force choke, because the Force isn't present in the HPuniverse. This essentially means that you're taking away every single Force ability. Considering this was said in a thread designed to test magic vs the Force, this is incredibly silly and pointless.

I did no such thing. I said he wouldn't snap Harry's neck instantly. Which he won't.

And by the sound of it, by the "Binds the galaxy/universe together" description, it might be a bad idea to start destablising it by removing one of it's components.

Sounds like "Wizards cant win, so we'll destabilise the entire galaxy/universe just so the wizards, dont have to lose" tactic to me.
