lol no form of strange ever would stomp rune king thor....lol strange had a tough time dealing with normal loki ffs.... with loads of prep strange might be able to do something--maybe. in a straight up meeting rune king thor slaughters strange without effort. king thor beats him as well, unless he has some serious prep.
maybe, probably. or he'd do something worse. SW strange was a different beast altogether and far more powerful than any strange before him but i never factor that version in--too few appearances and SW sucked really really hard.
oh wait--you mean the strange who sold part of his soul in new avengers? meh. don't know what he'd be able to do either. never really saw his limits, though the maw didn't really have any problem taking him out iirc.

I'm talking about actual Black Mage Dr. Strange. The one with the Wings of Needless Sorrow (haxx item), the Demon Eye Patch, and Victoria Bently and Arioch's powers.
