Spiderman vs Maverick

JJ has hired Rico aka Maverick to bring down the spider once and for all.. JJ tired of costume heroes thought it be better to hire a international security contractor.

Rico has studied footage and photos of the spider planning his plan of attack and where to find him.. he sets himself up on a roof near time square where the spider is seen swinging periodically..

spiderman never had military training so he never learned to change his route and change his routine..

Rico unloads his weapons and begins to prep his gear making sure everything is up to standard.

Spidey swinging bye on a web line when his spider sense goes off.. his web line is hit by a bullet and spiderman narrowly releases it and lands on a wall... without warning energy blast seem to come out of no where and everywhere...

eventually spiderman lands on the street... maverick jumping from a 4 story building lands to greet him.. landing hard on the pavement energy electrical discharge courses through his armor and what appears to be an energy field... mavericks arms glow..

spiderman not sure what to make of maverick tries to gauge him as he takes note of the energy discharge aura and weapons strapped on that appear everywhere..

Spiderman.he can dodge bullets.

what about laser fire and bio energy blast along with bullets?..

but maverick is an enhanced mercenary.. he has got skills and enhanced speed/ reflex thx to his DNA alteration of logan's HF and age suppression..

he isnt some random bank robber this is a pro elite rifleman.

you realize BE uses crap like pencils, tooth picks etc.. a bullet or laser fire from an enhanced mercenary with elite combat training is not the same and has just if not better chance of hitting spiderman then BE would with his every day items.

yes. he flicked a tooth pick from an opposite building and killed a woman breastfeeding.

anyways aim wise BS isnt really the best per say... his ability really comes to using everyday items as a weapon..

and bye the way BE has hit spiderman repeatedly even some shots being near impossible..

spiderman was als unable to dodge machine gun fire from a chopper b/c it was too many rounds in the air a wall of bullets and was hit.

but.. anyways i see Rico with his enhancement being able to clip spiderman enough to slow him down and definitely hit him if spiderman tries to confront him..

not saying spiderman can't avoid maverick but for how long? i also see spiderman making web shields to stop the bullets,. but that wont help him with laser fire or bio energy blast at its highest setting.. maybe if maverick was going for just mild incapacitation blast the web shield would hold.

i was just guessing.. but the best athlete runs it in 43 seconds give or take..

so i will change my answer to around 25 seconds instead.

i am sure he is but, i dont ever remember him having a running feat to back up this opinion...

Mavs shoots Spidey gravely wounding him and triggering trace amounts of the Venom symbiote still inside his body. Spiderman then turns into Spider/venom and proceeds to eat Mavericks brains.
