It could slow Juggs down considerably but I doubt it would completely stop him. But IMO the space guys have a better range of attacks. Thats why I think its close.

Oh I see what you mean. Like for Nova to just decrease the gravity so much around Juggs that he starts to float. I guess that's possible but I would imagine that it would take a lot of power from Nova to do that to Juggs and that eventually he would come down.
But good idea tho... that's kinda like what Skaar did to Juggs when they fought.
Juggernaut is not really evil, a mutant, or a cosmic.
Magneto is not really evil.
Apocalypse's rule of survival of the fittest is also a rule Living Tribunal abides by... so there's that.
BB could be considered more of a mutant than a cosmic here.
BRB has like two stories showing him being in cosmic stories.
I just can't focus with these little mishaps. Boy oh boy.
