Voidtry (as per Siege) > Surfer > WBH > Sentry.

There is nothing WBH could do to Surfer. And "classic" Sentry gets his ass kicked by Surfer any damn way.

Uh, yes.

Surfer can easily destroy planets. His best option is to let WBH beat himself by destroying the planet he's raging out on. Even so, no amount of gamma fueled PIS anger will enable Hulk to beat Surfer without heavy doses of said PIS.

That depends on how surfer fights.He has the potential to spite him without CIS but with CIS he will barley beat him.

He's drained his gamma three times (tried a forth, but realized it would kill Hulk).
He's KO'ed him head on with his board.
He's KO'ed him with an indirect blast.

There is no question that a writer would have to a complete retard to make WWH beat Surfer straight up.
