Only one I can see doing anything is prime.

Tyrant wins.

So it's pretty much them vs full power galactus
I don't have enough on everyones current power levels
to gauge them against a rarely seen upper level galactus
but I'm leaning twards galactus

Whether or not Monarch can take Tyrant is all that matters here since the others won't be able to do much.

It's quite remarkable that Monarch "died", seen how he subsequently reappeared in Action Comics. As Captain Atom, he still possessed Dilustel skin underneath the nanoweave armor so tearing the armor should not have been lethal. Even then he was still fighting SBP with all that leaked energy stored under his armor, so why releasing it would hurt him more is something I cannot understand.

I dont think monarch really died.
