Yup, except this is much better. When you press the button, lightning appears over your head and hits everything around you. Wish I could find a picture or a youtube video.
Yup! That's it! Now imagine doing that just when you're randomly walking. It's a douche bragging move. I do that the entire time I'm at the Imperial fleet.
