Fight 2: No CIS BB with bloodlust on for him,no BFR
Fight 3: Bloodlust and no CIS for both,no BFR

Fight takes place on the moon.
If BB needs help add Karnak,Medua,and Gorgon.

SS is better at everything.

Surfer wins all of them.

BB is just not in the the same league as SS

SS is indeed better but BB puts up a fight, especially with bloodlust on. Surfer for a majority in all but in scenario 2 it might not be a big one.

can't see BlackBolt doing anything but dying, quickly.

Surfer simply rips him to shreds or traps him in the board for a quick, no fuss win.

On equal terms (both characters have CIS on/off), BB really has no chance. With CIS off for BB only, BB makes the better showing until SS gets annoyed from being knocked on his ass (likely after BB screams at him). Then Serious SS Monologuing begins.

Didn't BB also give Gladiator a decent fight, who's usually physically equal to Surfer?
