Syfo-Dyas was a real Jedi which was a friend of Dooku, it was the real Syfo-Dyas who ordered the clone army and after that he was killed by Dooku...said so in the visual dictionary.
Padmé is not having an affair with Obi-Wan. And Anakin doesn't think that...it's that Anakin knows Padmé is going to die that drives Anakin to the Dark Side...He thinks the only thing that can save Padmé is turning to the Sith cause they have the power to manipulate midi-chlorians to create life. It is only in the end that when both Padmé and Obi-Wan both show up that Anakin feels betrayed by Padmé. He feels like she betrayed him to Obi-Wan cause she was the only one besides Palp who knew where he was.
The timeline. AOTC takes place 22 years before ANH. Anakin is 19, Padmé is 24 and Obi-Wan 35. In Revenge of the Sith which takes place 3 years after AOTC....oh well count it out! So Luke and Leia are both 19 in ANH and Obi-Wan is 57. Darth Vader is 41.
There are no other clones than the clonetroopers themselves...no seperate clone is made from an individual person.
