IDK about Mordu, Spectre, Phantom Weird and Kismet are might survive, but I am not sure.

Phantom Stranger would survive for sure.

Don't know about that much, but it's been implied he is a true immortal. Based on showings, I'd imagine the Anti-Matter would probably mess him up big time, but I'd wager he'd survive.

Mr. Immortal and Phantom Stranger will survive just about anything.

Mxyzptlk would survive (I don't know if he's matter to begin with!).

Someone like the Cosmic Cube user wouldn't *directly* survive, but could turn themselves to anti-matter and survive that way. Several of the people could do that.

the only way *any* of these guys survive it, would be if they could either:

1) convert themselves into anti-matter, or
2) port out b4 it hits them, then back in afterward.

other than that, I dont see anybody simply being engulfed by a-m and walking away like nothing happened.
